Joe’s Diner in Phoenix Attempts World’s Tallest Pancake Stack on Tuesday, February 13th at 7:30am

The Phoenix Diner Will Attempt to Beat the Current World Record of 3ft. 4 in. (213 pancakes) Set in the UK in 2016

Joe Seriale loves making and serving his award-winning buttermilk pancakes, and as the longtime owner of Joe’s Diner on 7th Avenue in Phoenix he knows a thing or two about flapjacks.

Which is why on Tuesday, February 13 at 7:30 a.m., he will be attempting to beat the Guinness Book World Record for the Tallest Stack of Pancakes, that was set in 2016 and came in at 3’4” tall, totaling 213 pancakes.

His made-from-scratch pancakes are award-winning and have continually been recognized as the best in the Valley since opening in 2010.  While he loves to serve up a tall stack of them to his diners – Joe says it’s now time to see if he can make the tallest stack in the world.

“There is nothing better than a big stack of our hot made-from-scratch pancakes with butter and syrup, but breaking this record may top that,” said Joe Seriale, owner of Joe’s Diner.  “I’m confident we can beat the record set in the UK back in 2016 and hope everyone will join us to witness history being made.”

Joe’s Diner is located at 4515 N. 7th Avenue, in Phoenix and is open seven days a week from 7 a.m. – 2 p.m., with fresh take-out being offered from 7 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.  For more information visit www.joesdineraz.com or call (602)-535-4999.
