We are winning! Last week, the AZ Bar dismissed a frivolous complaint made against my license to practice law in the state of Arizona. Yes – incredibly, lawfare has come to Scottsdale City Council – and WE WON!
The AZ Bar found that I acted in “good faith.”
Your conservative majority is extremely effective and has accomplished a tremendous amount of good in just seven months on Council. We are treating the city like a business, stopped the Scottsdale Green New Deal, reversed discriminatory DEI, returned employees to work, invested in improving our roads, showed historical support for police and fire, and much more.You flipped Council. Our opponents lost control over Scottsdale and they are terrified that you are in charge. They acted out by attacking my profession and were soundly rebuffed. Our opposition will not win. I will not back down and I will never stop fighting for YOU.
