Pvolve Fitness Studio makes its Arizona debut; IKEA, Sugar Sugar & Kura Sushi also among the tenants currently under construction at Vestar-Managed shopping center
The Promenade has unveiled an exciting new lineup of retailers. As a premier shopping destination in Scottsdale, The Promenade continues to establish itself as a prominent open-air retail hub. Managed by Vestar, the center is now over 98% leased, welcoming a robust roster of upscale tenants, with over 35,000 square feet dedicated to wellness, home, fashion and more.
Fitness enthusiasts can now experience Arizona’s first Pvolve studio, the Jennifer Aniston-backed fitness brand, which made its debut at Scottsdale Promenade in November 2024. The innovative Pvolve fitness method combines functional strength training with cutting-edge resistance equipment to sculpt and strengthen the entire body. Spanning 2,461 square feet, Pvolve is one of three recent additions to the center, joining American fashion retailer J.Crew (occupying 6,850 square feet) and popular sports merchandiser Fan Outfitters (covering 4,500 square feet of retail space).
“Scottsdale is a sophisticated community, and we’ve made it our mission to prioritize brands that align with the Arizona lifestyle, offering locals as well as visitors access to an expansive lineup of high-end shopping, dining and wellness experiences all in one convenient location. Already a favorite shopping, dining and entertainment destination in the community, The Promenade Scottsdale anticipates drawing even more foot traffic and generating additional revenue for the region with these exciting new tenants and openings,” said Vestar’s Vice President of Leasing Taylor Alvey.
Owned by FalconEye Ventures, The Promenade is located at Scottsdale Rd. and Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd., and is also home to several exciting new concepts currently under construction, including a 2,161-square-foot IKEA store featuring their latest planning studio concept. This new location is projected to open in April and will offer one-on-one consultation services for kitchen, bedroom and bathroom design, as well as solutions for small-space living, providing a game-changing experience for homeowners and those looking to upgrade their spaces.
Additional openings this year at the outdoor shopping center include Sugar Sugar, a waxing studio that will expand into a larger, 2,551-square-foot space when it reopens this spring, The Wallpaper Co, and DXL, a big-and-tall men’s clothing retailer, set to open in late 2025. Pella Windows will also open at the end of 2025 in a 3,019-square-foot space and the Cox expansion project will occupy an additional 3,853 square feet at the property. Kura Sushi, a 3,500-square-foot rotating sushi bar concept, officially opened to the public on March 22, 2025.
