Thank You, Readers

Readers, it’s no secret that we enjoy being relative insiders to the world of Arizona (and specifically Scottsdale) politics, and this year has been an interesting one. We’ve been fortunate in our ability to carve a successful niche of sharing a wide variety of viewpoints and stances of one of the best areas and states in the world, and we’re thankful that you’ve followed us this far. But we don’t have to remind you or the stories we’ve broke, that we’ve pontificated on, or our general attempts at balance as we share missives from both sides of the ideological spectrum. We can just show you our data.

So far this year (as of the time of writing) we’ve had over 82,500 individual readers of our small but mighty and spicy publication this year.

That is a 58 PERCENT INCREASE in website visitors year over year. Mind you, this is at a time where website traffic is down across the board as AI has materially reduced clicks over to sites when AI-generated summaries have often done the job that the end user wanted.

This year is looking like it will be a record year of readership for the Arizona Progress & Gazette, as we’re on pace to clear 125K readers, and that is thanks to you. You have recognized the public forum we’ve built and appreciated it, and we’re thankful for that.

Thank you to our local politicians for considering us as a vehicle for public debate and trusting us to share their words without alteration. It’s something we don’t take lightly.

As always, if you have some tips, feel free to send them in. And share this content with your friends. Thank you!
