Friends & Colleagues:I wanted to reach out and express my sincere gratitude for your guidance, partnership, and support throughout our congressional campaign in Arizona’s 1st District. Rebuilding a campaign machine in one of the country’s most competitive open seats was no small feat, and I am deeply grateful for the help you provided along the way. In the end the combination of overcoming a Trump, CLF, NRCC endorsement and lower voter turn out didn’t get us there, but in any other “normal” circumstance or with an endorsement, who know what may have happened. While the primary election is behind us, the work we did set a brand-new precedent for modern political strategy. Our campaign was the nation’s first end-to-end (E2E) political campaign driven by Artificial Intelligence across EVERYTHING we did—from top-level strategy, financials, message development, and survey-driven voter targeting to real-time creative optimization and an interactive AI Town Hall trained on our policy platform.
Rather than relying on legacy broadcast “spray-and-pray” buying, “direct mail”, “door knocking”, “telemarketing” and heavy “signage” we ran a near 100% digital campaign and built a mathematically disciplined performance marketing engine that allowed us to drastically out-target competing candidates and maximize voter persuasion per dollar spent, in what has turned out to be One of the Largest Campaign Digital Studies on Voter Behavior Nationwide, right here in Arizona.I’ve summarized the key performance highlights from our quantitative case study below:Executive Summary & Performance Highlights:
First E2E AI Integration: AI was embedded into every operational layer—informing voter intelligence, automating micro targeted creative deployment across 9 channels, and powering an on-site AI Town Hall for instant voter policy engagement. Our primary model was built using ChatGPT but we also used, GROK and Gemini to validate or for different perspectives on messaging, ideas or our work if we questioned it or to validate it.
Massive Digital Scale: On a $344,096.58 digital budget, the campaign generated 24,946,201 gross media-pressure events and 660,950 total clicks/page views
Unprecedented Persuasion Scale: Our owned website hub attracted 627,364 unique visitors who spent an average of 4 minutes and 31 seconds on site—delivering 43.8x the visitor scale and 194x the total attention of our opponents’ websites combined.
Industry-Leading Cost Efficiency: We achieved a paid digital acquisition CPA of $4.38 per engaged visitor. This efficiency sat 1.9x below the national U.S. House average cost-per-vote ($8.12), 3.4x below traditional mail/TV ($14.89), and 6.8x below the contested House race cost floor ($30.00).
- High-Performing Direct & Media Channels:
SMS: Delivered 789,025 texts with a 10.19% action rate (6.3x above political benchmarks)
Email: Delivered 895,770 messages with a 5.15% action rate (1.8x above political benchmarks).
Connected TV (OTT/CTV): Delivered 2.38M living-room impressions with Automatic Content Recognition (ACR) to retarget households watching competitors’ linear ads.
Video & Search: Generated over 6 million YouTube video views ($0.01 per view), 5.4 million Meta impressions, and captured active voter intent across 1.03M Google Search impressions.
Looking Ahead- Our Core Focus:
This campaign proved that a mathematically grounded, AI-driven digital funnel can level the playing field against massive spending advantages. Moving forward, my primary focus is taking these exact AI tools, digital strategies, and data models to support conservative causes across three main pillars:
- Arizona Candidates: Helping local and state Republican candidates win key, highly competitive seats, especially school board races where we are out funded 10:1.
- Arizona Initiatives: Driving digital turnout and strategy for critical state ballot measures or corporate initiatives
- National Candidates & Initiatives: Assisting federal candidates and national conservative initiatives looking to deploy AI-driven media efficiency across the country.
