The REAL Trends “The Thousand” comprises four categories: the top 250 agents by sides, top 250 agents by sales volume, top 250 teams by sides and top 250 teams by sales volume. Morrisey, Francis, Baldwin and Benoit were ranked #62 on the Small Teams by Sales Volume. In 2019 The Power of 4 Closed 68 Transactions their total sales volume was $125,137,349 that year.
