Harper, chairman, CEO and co-founder of Plaza Companies, will headline the next edition of The Vault, Scottsdale Community Bank’s exclusive speaker series built around candid conversations with notable figures from across the Valley’s business community. Set for 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 14, at SkySong, The ASU Scottsdale Innovation Center, the event is complimentary for Vault members.

Harper oversees an extensive real estate portfolio across Arizona that includes urban redevelopment projects, medical and healthcare properties, senior living communities and bioscience centers. During her tenure, Plaza Companies has grown into one of the Southwest’s leading commercial real estate firms, earning industry awards and national recognition for its work.
Harper’s influence extends well beyond commercial real estate. She serves on the Arizona Commerce Authority Board of Directors, Creighton University and Arizona State University Board of Trustees, The McCain Institute Board, GPEC’s Executive Board, GPL’s Executive Board, and holds leadership roles with several prominent business, economic development and nonprofit organizations. Her contributions have also earned her numerous honors, including the Phoenix Business Journal’s Lifetime Achievement Award for Most Admired Leader and, most recently, Scouting America’s Grand Canyon Council Trail of Leadership Award. She and her husband Ollie were also honored in the 2025 class of Arizona Historymakers by the Arizona Historical League.
