Fennemore and Gallagher & Kennedy to Combine, Creating One of Arizona’s Largest Business Law Firms

Fennemore and Gallagher & Kennedy (G&K) will join forces Dec. 1, 2026.

This landmark law firm combination will provide clients across Arizona and New Mexico access to a broader bench of lawyers and legal services, including Fennemore’s proprietary technology and innovation platforms through Project BlueWave AI.

Together, and operating under the Fennemore name, these two firms will unite their deep roots in Phoenix and long-standing relationships with the businesses, industries, and communities that have helped shape Arizona. G&K adds established relationships and significant experience in natural resources, environmental, water, business law, and litigation, as well as an established New Mexico presence through its Santa Fe office. The combined firm will include more than 300 lawyers and legal professionals in Phoenix and more than 800 across its broader platform.
