There are few more decent people in Scottsdale than former Councilman and current Executive Director of the Scottsdale Charros than Dennis Robbins. In an appropriate and timely opinion piece in the Scottsdale Independent he spoke for many in saying “thank you” to outgoing Mayor Jim Lane and Councilmembers Virginia Korte, Suzanne Klapp and Guy Phillips.
